Eat Right and ExerciseKeeping up your health is half the battle. What good is retirement, after all, if youââ¬â¢re too sick to enjoy it? Fight off obesity, your risk of heart disease, and diabetes. Being healthy and active will improve your quality of life, and it will save you a small fortune in health care costs.Save SmartJust shaving off bits of every paycheck and dumping them into a savings account isnââ¬â¢t going to cut it.
